Procedure for Requesting Official Transcripts

To Complete the Transcript Request Form Click Here

Because of the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, the student is required to request an official transcript by either fax or mail using the following procedure:

The cost of each official transcript is $5.00.
Provided payment is received with each transcript request and you do not owe an outstanding balance to the school, your transcript will be mailed within three (3) working days.
